  We are looking for a mid-level Hotspot Developer & Tester to help us improve and innovate our proprietary hotspot platform. This is not a coding role (although understanding of code is a bonus). We are looking for someone with a scientific approach to monitoring and performance of systems. You should be driven by understanding core drivers of performance and behaviour, be excited by running tests and hypotheses, and interested in the automated application of the changes to work toward continuous improvement. Various datasets will be used in this to anaylze revenue, user behaviour, traffic, and RF statistics. Key Responsibilities Test and validate hotspot functionality using RADIUS and Mikrotik systems. Assess and troubleshoot Wi-Fi performance in both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, with an understanding of BSS colouring, airtime fairness, channel utilisation, and interference mitigation. Document bugs, system flows, test results, and progress reports.? Collaborate with customer service as a key data entry point for identifying real-world issues.
